Welcome to Musselburgh Dental Care!
We are a NHS and Private Dental Practice located in Musselburgh. We have been providing treatment to our patients throughout East Lothian and Edinburgh for over 60 years.
We focus on building lasting relationships with our patients while providing comprehensive dental services, from preventative care to advanced cosmetic treatments. Whether you’re in need of a routine check-up, teeth whitening or restorative work, our experienced team are here to help you achieve and maintain a beautiful, healthy smile.

Emergency appointments
For emergency appointments, please call us on 0131 665 2786 between 9am and 11am. As we are a busy practice, please do not come in without an appointment and expect to be seen for an emergency straightaway.
For any out of hours emergencies, please call NHS 111.
LIDP (Private Plan) patients should call 0131 287 4799 for any emergencies between 6pm-8pm on weekdays and 8am-6pm on weekends.
Registering with us
We are not currently registering any new NHS patients. However, we are accepting new private patients on our LIDP dental plan. Please see the ‘Private Plan’ page on our website for more details and to sign up online in just a few simple steps.
If you have recently handed in an NHS registration form you will be emailed out an appointment within the next few weeks. Please note that you are not registered with us until you have attended this initial appointment.
